We want to make your journey with Wild & Heritage as smooth and stress-free as possible, including the moments before you even set foot in Estonia.

Booking Your Tour

• To reserve your spot, a deposit of 15% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the tour start date.

• We accept secure payment via bank transfer or credit card (details provided after booking confirmation).

 

 Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected changes can happen. Here’s how we handle cancellations:

Note: If you must cancel, we will do our best to transfer your booking to a future date, subject to availability.

 

Travel Insurance

Due to the exclusive nature of our tours and the small group size (only 8 guests per departure), we strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation and medical emergencies.
