Wild and Heritage Foraging Special: A Nourishing Journey through wilderness.
A 5-day immersion into luxurious silence, wild beauty, and Estonia’s traditional foraging.

Discover the gifts of Estonian Nature in 5 immersive days — Stay in elegant manor houses, walk ancient bog trails, experience the quiet magic of nature embracing the wild beauty of Lahemaa National Park and do something extraordinary: go foraging like a local — all in a small group of just 12 guests
Day 1: Arrival in Tallinn — A Step Back Through Centuries
Your journey begins in Tallinn, where medieval towers pierce the northern sky, red-tiled roofs glow against the sea breeze, and every cobblestone seems to whisper stories — of merchants, monks, and secrets from centuries past.
A private driver greets you at the airport and whisks you into the Old Town, where you’ll settle into the 4 star boutique accommodation — a 14th century merchant’s house turned boutique retreat. Tucked inside the city’s ancient walls, this historic gem offers the perfect blend of Old World soul and quiet luxury.

Later, your small group will be met by an English-speaking private guide, dedicated exclusively to your party. Together, you'll take a gentle walking tour through UNESCO-listed Tallinn Old Town, exploring hidden courtyards, Gothic spires, artisan studios, and centuries-old alleyways carved by time and trade.
As evening arrives, Tallinn is yours to explore. Whether you choose a tavern lit by candlelight, a modern tasting menu tucked behind medieval walls, or simply a slow walk under the glow of lanterns, this night is your first chapter.
Dinner is not included tonight, but your guide will gladly recommend restaurants tailored to your taste — rustic, refined, or something in between.

Day 2: Lahemaa National Park — Coastal Magic
In the morning it’s time to leave the cobblestones of Tallinn behind and journey into the wild beauty of Lahemaa National Park — one of Europe’s oldest and most captivating nature reserves. Here, ancient forests, vast bog landscapes, and untouched coastlines stretch endlessly into the horizon.
At the mystical Viru Bog, wooden boardwalks gently guide you over serene wetlands. The trail is accessible and easy to walk — no strenuous hiking required — yet it offers an unforgettable immersion into Estonia’s primeval landscapes.

After enchanting airing be ready for peerless roads through coastal forests and salty seaside with private Tammispea beach to let your soul come even more to present and adopt the gifts like traditional coastal habitants.
Seasonal vitamins are included!
As we travel deeper into the countryside, we pass charming woodland routes and sites rich in local culture and history.

From getting to know and collecting to consuming
As the day goes and your taste buds have been having a party through the wild and natural, Your stomach starts to want attention also. We are almost there. Is it seasonal fish or mushrooms, You will get it.
You’ll enjoy a traditional Estonian lunch at a Tavern, located in a charming old fishing village where locals still cast their nets into the sea. The tavern is surrounded by weathered wooden fishermen’s cottages, offering a glimpse into coastal life as it once was — and in many ways, still is.
We do not offer group menu for Your best experience, You choose, You pay.

Heritage Manor Hotel – Forests, Saunas & Farm-to-Table Dining
By late afternoon, you’ll arrive at your countryside sanctuary: Heritage Manor Hotel — a beautifully restored estate embraced by rivers, forests, and timeless serenity. Whether you prefer to unwind in refined elegance or step into a cherished local tradition, the choice is yours.
Spa offers a range of experiences, including various saunas, massages, and cooling ponds — all designed to reconnect you with nature and yourself.
You can prebook massages, eco-friendly treatments for face and body, hands and feet, even eyes!
Dinner is served in the Manor House Restaurant, where heritage meets modern elegance. The menu celebrates local Estonian cuisine, with a blend of hearty countryside fare and refined manor-style dishes. Some recipes have even been resurrected from historical manor cookbooks and carefully reimagined by the executive chef.
We do not offer group menu for Your best experience, You choose, You pay.
A key part of Manor’s philosophy is sustainability: many ingredients come from the estate’s own organic Manor Garden, Eco-Farm, and surrounding local producers. The result? Food that’s not only rich in flavor, but also as fresh and pesticide-free as nature allows.

Have you heard about the night sun?
If the weather is kind and we linger a little longer, we might catch a golden sunset melting into the sea.
In Estonia, summer days stretch endlessly — especially in June and July. Being so far north, relatively close to the Arctic Circle, the sun rises early and sets late, bathing the landscape in light almost around the clock. Around the summer solstice (usually June 21st), the sun barely dips below the horizon, and the sky never gets completely dark.
This phenomenon, known as the “white nights,” fills the sky with a soft, silvery glow even at midnight — like twilight that refuses to end.
And since we have a first-row seat by the sea, there’s no better place to simply sit back and admire it.
Sleep Where History Breathes
As night falls, settle into your luxurious room at Manor, a place that perfectly balances historical charm with natural beauty. Recognized as the Historic Hotel of Europe 2020, the manor offers an unforgettable stay surrounded by stunning architecture, tranquil gardens, and the peaceful rhythm of the Estonian countryside.

Day 3: Immerse into Nature like a Local
Now we go deeper. Depending on the weather, pull on one or few layers of your most comfortable clothes and get ready to step onto a forest trail. And yes — we might leave the trail behind to wander with fairies and forage with locals.
This isn’t about covering distance; it’s about discovering, embracing, and simply having joyful fun. We explore, gather, pick, and collect — berries, mushrooms, leafy greens, herbs, and remedy plants — whatever the forest chooses to offer us this season. (Berries and mushrooms usually ripen from July onward, while early summer brings tender edible plants.)
When we finally sit down for a picnic (included), you’ll notice yourself smiling for no reason — just happy. It’s not the mushrooms talking, it’s the anions — nature’s own mood-lifters. (We’ll explain later.)

Noble Estates & Raw Wellness
Now, let’s leave the forest fairies behind for a while and step back in time at Palmse Manor — a place where history still breathes. This meticulously restored 17th-century estate feels suspended in another era. Its golden halls and manicured gardens whisper stories of Estonia’s noble past and the grace of Baltic-German aristocracy.

As Aristocracy Yourself
As true aristocracy, you’re invited to meet Estonia’s seasonal herbs in a remedy plant garden — a place where every leaf tells a healing story. Breathe in the scent of wild mint and meadowsweet, touch the earth still warm from the sun, and let nature remind you how to feel alive again.
Here, it’s time to let go — of every negative emotion, every trace of rush — and begin anew.
Then, step into the heart of Estonian wellness: a traditional sauna ritual. The air is filled with birch and steam, the warmth wraps around you like an embrace, and you feel centuries of wisdom in every breath.
How is this connected to foraging?
Be curious — and be ready to experience it for yourself.
(Snacks included.)

Evenings at the Manor
Every day finds its gentle ending, and dinner awaits at the Vihula Manor House Restaurant.
Perhaps tonight, you’ll look at the menu with new eyes — after a day filled with forest scents, wild herbs, and pure air, everything tastes a little different.
For your best experience, we don’t offer a fixed group menu. You choose what inspires you — and you pay directly.

Day 4 – Mystical bog — Estonia’s Oldest and Wildest Playground.
You wake to the hush of the Vihula wilderness — perhaps for the last time during this adventure. Tonight, you may choose to spend the night in a bear hide, or simply rest, feeling more deeply reconnected with the best person in the world — yourself.
Today’s journey takes us along the winding roads of Lahemaa National Park, through ancient forests and far from the noise of civilization, right into the bog — a mystical landscape that has remained unchanged for thousands of years.
This is another foraging hike, guided by nature’s own rhythms. Together with your guide, you’ll discover the wild treasures of the bog — edible berries and mushrooms, healing herbs, and ancient remedy plants. You’ll learn what is safe to taste, what heals, and what the forest offers this season.

We take only what the bog and forest kindly offer. After a mindful walk, we enjoy a stylish picnic by the lakeside (included).
Time slows down. Whether you choose to journal, dip into the lake, or simply practice forest bathing — luxurious silence is yours.

And after recharging, it’s time to Make It Wild.
Our guide — as you’ve surely noticed by now — is as delightfully contradictory as Estonia itself: an ultramodern soul with the heart of a fairy. She has prepared a Surprise Workshop for you, so you can take a piece of foraging magic home.

After the workshop, your evening unfolds in two directions — both equally rich in experience.
If you’ve chosen one more wild adventure, it’s time to leave for your night in the bear hide. A light dinner will be served there, and you’ll return in the morning around 9 a.m. for breakfast and a refreshing shower — full of memories from the night.
If you prefer to stay at the manor, the evening is yours for relaxation. You may enjoy your prebooked massages or eco-friendly treatments for the face, body, hands, feet, or eyes — or simply unwind in peaceful stillness.
As night falls, dinner awaits once more in the Manor House Restaurant.
For your best experience, we don’t offer a fixed group menu — you choose what inspires you, and you pay directly.
Optional: Spend the night in a bear hide (€170 per person, 1 hour away). A light dinner is included, and you’ll be driven back for breakfast. Read more about the bear hide experience

Day 5 – Departure: Quiet Reflections and Last Glances
(Program ends in Tallinn at 14:00. Option to extend the tour to Day 6.)
If the weather is kind and the morning invites us early, there’s time for a gorgeous sunrise — perhaps even a refreshing swim in the Baltic Sea, or a gentle walk along the shore where waves meet wilderness.
After days steeped in the hush of forests, the salt-kissed breeze of the coast, the quiet mystery of bogs, and the warmth of wood-fired saunas, we greet the morning in the timeless embrace of Vihula Manor. Over a slow, soul-nourishing breakfast, we savor the last tastes of the wild — and the stories we’ve gathered along the way.
By midday, we turn our path toward Tallinn, carrying with us the scent of pine, the echo of birdsong, and the calm that only nature can bestow. Though the road bends back to the city, the journey continues — in memory, in spirit, and in the quiet ways the wilderness lingers within us.
Whether you leave Estonia today or choose to acclimatize gently in Tallinn, the day is yours.

Optional Day 6 – Acclimatization with City Life
If this is your final morning in Tallinn — perhaps with the rustle of Old Town streets below, or in another quiet corner of the city — your private transfer will bring you to the airport at your preferred time.
If you didn’t explore Tallinn’s Old Town on your first day, now is the perfect moment to discover its cobblestone charm, hidden courtyards, and centuries-old stories.
Though the tour ends, Estonia leaves a mark:
the stillness of the bogs,
the rustling forest where the bear appeared,
the golden light over manor rooftops,
and the feeling that time — for a little while — slowed just for you.
You came for something different.
You leave with something unforgettable.
