These terms and conditions outline the agreement between Wild & Heritage (“we”, “our”) and the traveler (“you”) booking one of our tours.
1. Booking & Payment
-
A 15% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

You will receive a booking confirmation with payment instructions within 24 hours of submitting your booking request.

A final booking confirmation will be sent once your deposit payment has been received.
-
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to tour departure.
-
Payments can be made via bank transfer (EUR) or by card through our website (powered by Stripe).
2. Group Size & Minimum Participants
-
Tours operate with a maximum of 8 guests for a personalized experience.
-
All tours are guaranteed to run with a minimum of 2 participants.
3. Cancellations & Refunds by You
-
60+ days before departure: Full refund of all payments made (minus bank/transaction fees).
-
60–30 days before departure: 50% refund of total paid price.
-
Less than 30 days: No refund.
-
Where possible, we may offer to transfer your payment to a future tour within 12 months, subject to availability.

You may transfer your booking to another person for an administrative fee of €25.
4. Cancellation by Wild & Heritage
-
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour (e.g. due to insufficient participant numbers or operational reasons), we will notify you at least 30 days prior to departure.

We will first offer alternative tour dates. If none of the proposed dates are suitable for you, you will receive a full refund of all payments made within 14 days of the cancellation notice.

In cases of force majeure, we will inform you as soon as practically possible, offer alternative dates where available, and provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

Wild & Heritage is not liable for any expenses or losses incurred as a result of inadequate or declined coverage.
6. Health, Liability & Assumption of Risk

All participants must sign a health declaration and liability waiver prior to the tour.

By joining our tours, you acknowledge that activities such as walking in bogs, boat travel, and wildlife observation carry inherent risks.

We take all reasonable safety precautions but assume no responsibility for injuries sustained while participating.

In the event of illness or injury, we will assist in arranging transportation to medical care (e.g. local doctor or ambulance). All medical costs must be settled directly with your travel insurance provider.
7. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make adjustments to the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, we will always offer an alternative of equal value to ensure your experience remains exceptional.
8. Photography & Image Use
-
We may take photos or video during the tour.
-
We will only use your image for marketing purposes with your express permission.
-
If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let your guide know at the start of the tour.
9. Force Majeure
-
We are not liable for tour cancellation or alteration due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, or government restrictions).
-
In such events, we will work with you to find a fair solution, including rescheduling if possible.
10. Governing Law
-
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
